Can you clarify what you're doing?  Moving your site from your 
personal computer to fugu doesn't make sense; fugu is a file transfer 
program, you can't move files to it.

Did you publish the iWeb project to a folder and try to upload the 
folder to your actlab web site?  Are there videos in the folder?  If 
so, did you compress them for streaming with QuickTime Pro as we 
described?  (Windows Media and AVI are not supported.  Trying to 
upload raw video is the likeliest reason your uploads take hours. 
Your finished quicktime video should be between 20Mb and 100Mb, which 
should take a couple of minutes to upload on a broadband connection.)
