Possible one-off gig:

The Hogg Foundation for Mental Health hosted a meeting in early 
December 2006, which was taped and we have 4 presentations on 4 
standard DVDs.  On each DVD there is some "excess" that needs to be 
cut out.  Services are needed to cut out everything except the 
introduction of the presenter and the actual presentation, take out 
any of the question/answers at the end.    And, we'd like it to be in 
a format small enough for downloading and playable in both Windows 
Media Player and Quicktime, so we can include it on the HF website.

Rate of pay is negotiable for this type of service.    This agreement 
would be between the Hogg Foundation and the individual (not RTF
