So I just wanted to remind you all that I will be giving web tutorials
this week at office hours. Feel free to come by, even if you already
came for one and just need some pointers. The ones I gave last week
were decent, I may have seemed out of it (I was recovering from the
flu), so if you need clarification or just plan out thought I wasted
your time, come on back, I feel much better:)

On another note, for those of you who do not know who Jason (aka the
Asian Cowboy) is, let me introduce him. Jason is an ACTLab graduate who
while in the ACTLab explored everything from narrative, documentary,
music videos, textile design (check out his cardboard designer outfit),
he also worked on a robotic camera, designed props and introduced me to
Ghost in the Shell, 3X3 eyes and many other great animation movies/series.

Along with all that he is a professional stunt man, the pictures I am
linking to are from his recent performance at the China Town market up
on north Lamar which I attended. This is his troupe, he choreographed,
designed the costumes and acted as the legs for the dragon. Last week
he came to our soundscapes class and showed off a smoke machine he was
going to install in his dragon which turned out to be highly
entertaining. He also showed off a lighting system and other "toys" he
has been messing with. We hope he will be returning for some updates
and other tips and tricks for projects.

So with out further typing:

Anyway, I hope you all are having a good one.

Joey
