Irish Wolfhound

used without permission, though I hope mention of the book will suffice.
The Irish Wolfhound is the tallest breed of dog in the world. The dog
weighs at least 130lbs, and can weigh upwards of 175lbs! The typical bitch
weighs well over 100lbs, and can be as large as even the large males.
Though these dogs are about as big as they get, we are also some of
the sweetest, kindest, gentlest, and smartest, albeit not necessarily super
obedient. We are not for everyone. It takes a special person to
appreciate our special qualities.
