I'm driving up to Tulsa today to celebrate Tofurky day with my family, so postings will be infrequent, if at all. Is anyone else going to be in T-Town? Loophole, you usually go to Missouri, right? Update (10:15 AM): I just picked up today's Daily Texan, and they're running a front page feature with the headline "Happy Tofurky Day." Great minds think alike, I guess. Anyway, a campus group was serving a vegan Thanksgiving feast on campus yesterday, which I unfortunately missed. Readers in the Philadelphia area also missed out, since PETA held an action in Trenton where they handed out Tofurkys. All this Tofurky talk reminds me that I never posted my recap of Christmas last year where I made a Tofurky and took pictures each step of the way.
