The following applications are known as Helper Apps. In addition to your web browser, special software is often needed for playing videos, listening to sounds, and/or viewing downloaded images. The helper apps listed below are required to take full advantage of the multimedia samples in our "Demos" section. They are each fairly standard programs; in fact, there is a very good chance you already have them. Be sure to check the list and your system carefully. If you do not need any, you may return to the demo section now.
The Shockwave Plug-ins will be required for viewing the areas that are "shocked". These sections have animated demos which we have created using Macromedia Director. You may click here for more information on Shockwave from Macromedia.
