The following files deal with theories and concepts concerning Information Warfare and its application by parties involved in the support of, and struggle against, the Zapatista revolution.
To view these documents, you should be using a web browser that supports several functions including Frames, JavaScript, color text, and Shockwave plug-ins or client-side image maps. Netscape 2.x works quite well. If you cannot perform these functions you may be unable to view all that is contained herein.
There are a few adjustments that you may have to make. First, if you are viewing the text through the Shockwave or image map versions, make sure JavaScript is turned on. If you are using a JavaScript capable browser and would like to only view text, turn off the JavaScript.
There is a built-in hierarchy to the site that maps itself onto the interface buttons (located in the lower left frame). The middle button ("Information War") begins the organization and works its way out to related issues and topics with their own corresponding buttons. You may guide yourself either by using these 17 buttons or you may use the standard hyperlinks that appear within the text block (right frame).
Feel free to read through the hierarchy or browse across the links as you please. Enter and explore the connections between Information Warfare and the Zapatistas.
